Helping Our Family Live Our Faith

This session will help parents understand more fully what it means to live in the Reign/Kingdom of God. They will explore the teachings of Christ as they relate to our modern world and everyday life and how to allow our lives to more fully reflect the teachings of Christ. They will learn how to talk with their children about how we live in and build the Reign of God so they will grow into a lifetime of faith. • By Bill Huebsch

This session will help participants understand more fully what it means to live in the Reign/Kingdom of God. They will explore the teachings of Christ as they relate to our modern world and everyday life and how to allow our lives to more fully reflect the teachings of Christ.

Meeting Jesus • Whole Community Catechesis

(English & Spanish)

This session will help participants to recognize that the whole of Christ’s life was a continual teaching: his silence, his miracles, his gestures, his prayer, his love for people, his special affection for the little and the poor, his way of the cross, and his resurrection. They will better understand that in his teaching Jesus announced the reign of God and by his example called us to live out the paschal mystery.

Exploring Advent: The Reign of God • Generations of Faith

This family reflection focuses on the Advent theme of the Reign of God and provides families with the opportunity to reflect on God's reign in their own lives.

The Living Community • FIRE

The Living Community is year five of a five-year intergenerational program. Sessions within the program can be used independently from the whole. The purpose of this session is to deepen participants' understanding of the person and mission of John the Baptist. Unique among the prophets, he was called both to tell it like it is and like it could be. The Believing Community • FIRE

Call to Be Eucharist

God promises us that each community will have within it the gifts it needs to proclaim the kingdom. In this session participants will look at themselves as people of the reign of God, at Eucharist as their proclamation of that reign, and at the gifts they have been given for the task. Ascended into Heaven
