Inter generational Session	Sacrament of Holy Orders This session explores the Sacrament of Holy Orders. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church explains, “Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time: thus it is the sacrament of apostolic ministry” (1536). Holy Orders includes three degrees: the ordination of bishops, the ordination of priests, and the ordination of deacons.
