Rosina is the Lifelong Faith and Lay Ministry Formation Coordinator for the Diocese of Davenport, Iowa. She previously served as as the Director of Religious Education for parishes in Alabama and Texas and as Coord­i­nator for Parish Ministry Support and Coordi­na­tor for Advanced Lay Ministry Formation for the Diocese of Sacramento. She holds an M.A. in Catholic Studies from the Uni­versity of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
